Finance & Operations Coordinator 

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to play a key role in strengthening our organisation behind the scenes. 

 

This is a pivotal position supporting both financial management and day-to-day operations, ensuring our internal systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play an important role in maintaining financial records, coordinating administrative workflows, and contributing to the ongoing impact of the Northern Territory’s leading youth arts organisation. 

 

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help coordinate operational priorities that support the effective delivery of our programs, including workshops, performances, special projects, and regional and remote community engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of our organisation. 

 

We’re looking for someone who can confidently navigate both people and systems, someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and making sure everything runs as it should.  

 

If you’re detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a role that blends finance, administration, and operations, we’d love to hear from you. 

 

Key aspects of the role include: 

  • Supporting financial administration and record-keeping 

  • Coordinating internal processes and workflows 

  • Assisting with operational planning and priorities 

  • Working collaboratively across the organisation

Professional Pathways Program

Are you a young creative looking to work in the arts while being mentored by experienced teaching artists and creatives?

You would be perfect for our 2026 Professional Pathways Program! 

​

The Professional Pathways Program is an opportunity for young emerging creatives eager to build skills, gain hands-on experience, and make valuable industry connections. Under the mentorship of leading teaching artists, you’ll contribute to Corro’s renowned workshop program and work with children to help ignite their creativity. 

 

Whether you're exploring Theatre, Circus, Aerial, Music and Fashion workshops, you'll gain the tools and confidence to deepen your teaching artist skills and unlock new opportunities in the arts. 

 

Who can apply? 
Theatre Workshop Program: Ages 15+ 
Circus Workshop Program: Ages 14+ 

If you’re passionate about the performing arts and love teaching, this is your chance to deepen your skills and explore new opportunities.
