HEAD CIRCUS TRAINER & CIRCUS TRAINERS

 

We are currently in need of an adventurous and a suitably skilled circus trainer or trainers to fill in for our Head Circus Trainer who will be on long service leave from mid-March to mid-July. Additionally, we are always seeking trainers to deliver workshops and training throughout the Northern Territory and are open to trainers to work with us for Term blocks throughout the year. 

 

The Head Circus Trainer position includes managing and facilitating our circus workshop program, including administrative time to support class development and delivery. Training will cover a variety of programs from beginner, intermediate, and advanced circus classes, specialist classes, creative holiday programs, social circus programs, and circus curriculum program in schools. As the Head Trainer, you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring Assistant and Trainee Trainers/Teaching Artists during classes and supporting Corrugated Iron to develop our capacity in circus & physical theatre.
