Improvisation For Adults 18 - 99 yo
This course is for adults interested in exploring or returning to acting through improvisation. In this workshop series we will experiment, explore and fail gloriously in testing out ideas, and learning techniques to think on your feet.

An introduction to circus with an emphasis on body awareness, and developing coordination and balance. Participants will focus on basic acro and tumbling as well as exploring circus toys [hula hoops, poi etc].

Dynamite Circus, 9-16 years
Building strength and flexibility through conditioning, participants will further develop acrobatics and manipulation as well as beginning to specialise their particular skills.

Ninja Circus, 11-18 years
Includes elements of parkour, acrobatic tumbling and circus. Participants gain the confidence, fitness and focus required to achieve the leaping and balance skills needed to be a modern day Ninja.

Flight School, 9-15 years [foundation skills: beginners and improvers]
This class builds aerial fitness whilst having fun. It teaches foundation techniques for aerial arts, scaffolding focus, trust, strength and resilience through confidence building in the air. Core skills: Tissu, trapeze, strength, flexibility

High Flyers, 10-17 years [intermediate / advanced]
Prerequisite – approved experience.
Serious fun for Experienced or advanced improvers with the emotional maturity and drive to work safely, with autonomy, as directed. Developing skills in performance, solo, duo and group work. Skills explored: Tissu, lyra, static trapeze, doubles trapeze, cocoon. Enrolment approval from Head trainer required
